Administrative Audit

The Administrative Audit consists of examining the organizational structure of a company with the purpose of knowing its operation and responsibilities of the key personnel in its integral process, in addition it has the purpose of identifying the opportunities of improvement in the quality of its activities and processes, likewise it has the objective of supporting the management to achieve its goals planned within the Organization; at the closing of the process of the administrative audit a technical report is emitted that gathers all the opportunities of improvement on relevant aspects of the Company.
